Studies have shown that 50% of happiness levels are predetermined by your genetic make-up and 10% are due to circumstances of life, which leaves the remaining 40% within your control. So, do you want to leave that 40% to chance or discover some ways to increase your levels of happiness?

If you continually focus on the negative then you will get more negative. Like attracts like. If you focus on deficit instead of abundance guess what you will get? If you focus on what you don’t have and what you don’t want then you will get more of what want and you will not increase your emotional, spiritual or financial health. Gratitude is about a shift in psychology where you can start to believe that everything that happens in this world is happening for you and not to you.

You are the maker of your world and the dreamer of dreams and you can create the life you want.  If you want to create a new so can start with something as simple as a daily gratitude habit.
