By signing up for this Email Coaching service provided by AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Limitation of Liability
THIS PERSONAL EMAIL COACHING SERVICE IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR ADVICE, GUIDANCE, OR FURTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY A CERTIFIED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.
Any advice, information, or suggestions provided to you while using the Email Coaching service is for entertainment purposes only and AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns shall not be responsible or liable for the usefulness or outcomes of any information provided to you.
Neither AcingLife.com nor Carrie L. Burns, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result from the use of this Email Coaching service.
Payments, Subscription Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Email Coaching offered by AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns is a paid subscription service billed monthly. The first payment shall be processed upon signup via this website, and each subsequent payment will be automatically charged to the credit card or account you designated upon registration, every 30 days thereafter until the subscription is cancelled by you, or by AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns.
Email Coaching is provided “as-is,” and AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns makes no warranties, express or implied, guarantees or conditions with respect to your use of this service.
AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns guarantees a response to all emails sent by clients of the Email Coaching service within 72 hours of receipt. In the event you do not receive a reply to an email within 72 hours of it being received by AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns you have the right to request a free one week extension to your Email Coaching subscription.
If you cancel your Email Coaching subscription before the end of a 30-day billing cycle, you are entitled to continue using this Email Coaching service until the time and date that the next scheduled payment is due, after which time you shall no longer eligible to receive any services from AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns.

Confidentiality
AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns will not sell, share, distribute, or give away any personal information you provide to us via Personal Email Coaching correspondence or any other means.
AcingLife.com/Carrie L. Burns will not use, publish, or share any details of its Email Coaching clients without express written permission from the client, and shall make an effort to keep any such information confidential.

Description of Coaching
Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential.
It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
Coach-Client Relationship
Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well
being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach.
As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.
Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
Confidentiality
This coaching relationship, as well as all information(documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship.
Cancellation Policy
Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call/meetings.
Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting, but will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.
Termination
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with 7 days written notice.
Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.
Limited Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered.
In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.
